About Our Services 
Renewable energy is energy produced from sources like the sun, water and wind that are naturally replenished and do not run out.

The production on site of green hydrogen to provide non-intermittent renewable electricity is a new market. This hydrogen electricity, or hydrogen power, is considered the fastest growing segment in the coming years. It is expected to reach about 40% of the total annual hydrogen demand in the European Union by 2050 (source: FCH JU).

Independent Power Producer (IPP)

  • As an Independent Power Producer (IPP) company we are at the forefront of the shift towards sustainable energy sources, bringing new technologies and investments to the power sector, and ensuring reliable and affordable electricity for consumers.


    Renewable energy projects (such as solar power and hydrogen power) are a successful focus for DABITRON. These projects require significant upfront capital costs but offer lower operating costs and long-term stability in terms of fuel price risks. Apart from this, IPPs are encouraged by governments as a successful means of increasing competition and improving efficiency in the electricity sector.


    DABITRON secure long-term power purchase agreements with utilities or industrial consumers, ensuring a steady revenue stream for the project.

    PPA pricing is determined on a site-by-site basis taking into account the specific technology, location, size and level of export.


    DABITRON Green Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) contracts are tailored to the specific requirements of each generator. We offer a range of agreements based on fixed rates, for long (15/20), or short term contract periods. 


    A DABITRON Green PPA 8Power Purchase Agreement) is a financing arrangement that allows businesses, government agencies and public/private power company to purchase solar electricity with no upfront capital cost.       The developer sells the Hybrid Power Plant project to another company once the contract with the customer is signed and construction is set to commence.


      For a landowner, this is an important point. The lease agreement you sign for  land is between you and the developer. If the developer sells the project to another company to own and operate the Hybrid Power Plant project, the lease agreement will transfer to the project owner.

      We know that pollinators, water preservation, potential ground cover enhancement, agrivoltaics, and some types of grazing can work in harmony with a solar project, depending on location of the land. The land that hosts the project can also be left fallow for an extended period, which supports and rebalances soil nutrients, re-establishes soil microorganisms, as well as assists in breaking crop pest and disease cycles. Once the project has reached the end of its operational life, the solar equipment can be removed from the site, completing a process known as ‘land reclamation.’
